Part 4: Things to look out for!

This final part details the potential pitfalls of training and what you should look out for. You don't need to keep my schedule that we created in part 3: make your own and see if you can maximise training efficiency.

- Fitness points. Make sure that there is at least one point of fitness every day, preferably two. Take this image for example:

- To find out the fitness of a particular training unit, right click on the unit. If we look at the days:
- Sunday: Jogging (+2), Heading (0) and Technique. (-1) Overall it is +1.
- Monday: Tactics Lesson (-2), Build-up Play (0). Overall it is -2
- Tuesday: Dribbling (0), Tackling (0), Short Sprints (+1). Overall it is +1.
- Wednesday: Counter-Attack (+1), Short Passing (+1). Overall it is +2.
- Thursday: Weights (+1), Individual Skills (0). Overall it is +1.
- Friday: Offside Trap (0), Pressing (+1), Counter-Attack (+1). Overall it is +2.
- Saturday: Jogging (+2), Jogging (+2). Overall it is +4.


This table shows effects on fitness and fatigue for overall daily fitness rates:

Therefore the ideal overall fitness values are +1 and +2. (note that older players' fitness increases more slowly than younger players, whilst older players' fatigue increases more quickly than younger plauyers.)

N.B. Training Matches improve all skills by 1% and the "Individual Training" units improve all skills by 6%.
