Part 3: Creating the Training Schedules
We've hired the staff and set the objectives, so now the last thing to do is to set the schedule.
Here is a guide to creating a basic schedule.

The parts explained:
1) We create an empty schedule for simpleness, and to save the mouse. To delete existing training units, click on it. It will become "special" and have a small triangle with an S in the corner. Click again to delete it. In the "Save training week" at the bottom, type in "empty" and click "save." After this, go to group 2, go to "Select Training Week" at the bottom and select "empty" from the list. It will ask if it is to apply to all training groups, say "no." Do the same for group 3 and the amateurs to create 4 blank training weeks.
2) We create Jogging and two individual skills units for Sunday, Wednesday and Saturday. This gives the players a fitness boost but without increasing fatigue. This keeps the fitness up even when you have a lot of games in a week. Save this schedule like you did before and apply it to all of them.
3) Select three skills and put in the training units on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. This time, finish off all the training groups, and then save the week as whatever you want. (e.g. "Skills Training") After this, when you go to "Select Training Week", and select this one, and click YES to apply it to all the groups (before this we said NO), and all the groups will continue with the schedule. You can click on "Plan Long-Term" at the bottom and select this training group for a certain amount of weeks.
4) For the amateurs, select the most important skills and apply them. In the image above I chose 4 skills that my most highly talented players were trying to learn.
